DOBARA Members visit OLD Age Homes (OAH) in the old city, Secunderabad and Asif Nagar. Our volunteers go and spend quality time with the residents, giving them an attentive listening ear. We have slowly streamlined our visits so that a fixed day every month is allocated for each OAH- for each DOBARA Seniors visit to an OAH, we plan activities, music, craft projects and entertainment based on their preferences and these have become a huge success with schools and colleges joining us to using these hours for their socially useful productive work certification (SUPW).
