DOBARA is a community created exclusively for the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of senior citizens.

Head-quartered in Hyderabad, India, DOBARA’s mission is to dispel loneliness and social isolation amongst older adults while providing them a platform to share their vast knowledge and rich life experiences. This is especially important as we age - and for those caring for aging family members.

DOBARA is not an old age home or a centre, but a place that lives in the heart of over 250 senior members and volunteers around the world. The DOBARA Senior Wellbeing Community provides an important network of resources, friendships, support and camaraderie that is the foundation of a caring society.

Since 1st April 2020, DOBARA has adapted our regular events and activities into an online format. We have created a meaningful platform and online social space to decrease the negative effects of isolation on our Members and ease the stress caused by the uncertainty of these unprecedented times.
