About the event
DOBARA Wednesday Wellbeing sessions are specifically curated Wellbeing events for Seniors and friends of all ages.
These are the perfect sessions for newcomers to meet the DOBARA members in person and get better acquainted with our DOBARA network.
We start off with a meet and greet with a welcome drink, followed by a Morning Moves activity for a healthy start. After this we start our Wellbeing Activity for the day.
On Wednesday 12th July 2023 we have a day of Scrabble and More Games planned for you.
