About the event
DOBARA Wednesday Wellbeing sessions are specifically curated Wellbeing events for Seniors and friends of all ages.
All this in a lovely setting, outdoors if the weather permits for an extra boost of Vitamin D.
Materials needed :
Cream pots, small glass jars, transparent plastic boxes.
If the pot needs to be painted please paint it in the colour of your choice using fabric paint
You may bring any pictures you desire cut from wrapping paper or magazines
