DOBARA and Praan Mental Wellness invite you to Circle of Connection, a supportive gathering created especially for senior citizens to share experiences, listen, connect, and find strength in community.
This month's theme, "Meri Dosti Mera Pyar", explores the friendships, relationships, and bonds that have shaped our lives over the years.
Through guided conversations, participants will have the opportunity to share memories, reflect on meaningful connections, and discuss the role of companionship, trust, love, and emotional support in their wellbeing.
The session aims to foster a sense of belonging, encourage social connection, and create a safe space where every voice is valued and every story matters.
